Obituary of NICHOLAS F. BARRECCHIA

Nicholas F. Barrecchia passed away Saturday morning, September 26, 2020 at The Health Center at Bloomingdale following an extended illness. He was 81. Born and raised in Paterson, NJ he was a resident of Haledon before coming to Montville Township 27 years ago. He and his wife Jane also maintained a home at The Villages, Florida. Mr. Barrecchia served in the United States Army National Guard from 1958-1960. A licensed real estate broker, Mr. Barrecchia had been self employed in the New Jersey Real Estate Industry for many years, retiring in 2006. He was a member of the NJ Civil Air Patrol, the Brothers of St. Andrew at The Villages, Florida, and a former member of the Montville Seniors. Nicholas is survived by his beloved wife of 44 years, Jane (nee Martino) Barrecchia; a brother, James Barrecchia of Wanaque; three nephews, Bill Barrecchia, Paul Barrecchia, and James Barrecchia; and two nieces, Lisa Fekula and Michele Wadwa.
