Beverly Joskowitz (nee Palenbaum) passed away Thursday morning, October 15, 2020 at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ. She was 88.
Born and raised in Manhattan, NY she had lived in Brooklyn, NY, and in Bayonne, NJ for 50 years before retiring to Atlantic City, NJ five years ago.
Beverly and her husband Jack had been the co-owners and proprietors of the Stop n Shop on Avenue A in Bayonne for over 50 years preceding their retirement.
In addition to her loving husband of over 55 years, Jacob "Jack" Joskowitz, Mrs. Joskowitz is survived by her three beloved sons, Scot Joskowitz and his wife Jodi of Parsippany, NJ, Ian Joskowitz and his wife Christine of Ocean Township, NJ, and Randy Joskowitz and his wife Jennifer of Bayonne, NJ; a brother, Robert Palenbaum of Fort Lauderdale, FL; and four cherished grandchildren, Dylan Forman and her husband, Marc, Aaron Joskowitz, Cory Joskowitz and Zachary Joskowitz.
