Obituary of JAGRUTIBEN J. DESAI

Jagrutiben J. Desai (nee Parikh) passed away Sunday evening, December 6, 2020 at Morristown Medical Center in Morristown, NJ. She was 67. Born in Vadodara, Gujarat, India, Mrs. Desai immigrated to the United States in 2005 and became a United States citizen. She settled in Parsippany. She earned her Bachelors Degree while living in India and had worked in debt collection. Upon coming to the United States, Mrs. Desai worked as a cashier at the Sunrise Convenience Store in Hackettstown before her retirement last year. She is survived by her loving husband, Jayantbhai C. Desai; two sons, Binal J. Desai and his wife, Rakhi of Parsippany, and Smit J. Desai and his wife Dhara of Canada; two brothers, Janak P. Parikh and Gopal P. Parik both of India; a sister, Chhaya G. Bumiya of India; and three grandchildren, Riya B. Desai, Krish B. Desai, and Neil S. Desai. She was preceded in death by her brother, Ganshyam P. Parikh. Due to the Covid pandemic, the family has requested that all services and the cremation be held privately. Please keep the family in your prayers at this difficult time.
