Theresa Surach (nee Perfetto), passed away Tuesday morning, December 15, 2020 at her home in Parsippany surrounded by her family. She was 90.
A native and longtime resident of Jersey City, Mrs. Surach had lived the last 13 years in Parsippany.
She was a quality control inspector with the Manischewitz Company of Jersey City for over 25 years, before retiring in 2003.
Mrs. Surach was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Gabriel in 2005, as well as her siblings, Carmella Gioia and Ralph Perfetto. She is survived by her loving children, Francine Surach-McCarthy (Brian), Peter Surach, Phyllis Surach, and Patrick Surach (Awilda); five grandchildren, Melissa, Stephanie, Nicole, Patrick Jr, and Anthony; her sister-in-law, Antoinette Belotti; and Christina Surach.
