Obituary of OH SANG YOON

Oh Sang Yoon passed away at Morristown Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, December 15, 2020. He was 77. Born in Hampyung, South Korea, Oh Sang was the first in his family to immigrate to the United States in 1986. He has been a resident of East Hanover, NJ since 2005. He twice served in the Vietnam War as a Korean Army general. He worked at ShopRite for over 25 years before retiring early this year. He enjoyed playing golf and made a hole-in-one on Hole #9 at Pinch Brook this summer. Oh Sang is survived by his wife of 12 years, Kyungae Oh; three beloved children, Hyuk Jun and his wife Mikang of Oradell, NJ, Hyung Pil (Phil) and his wife Yungjoo of Bronx, NY, and Ho Kyung (Dave) and his wife Minjung (Isabel) of Morristown, NJ; and his three grandchildren, Jason Taeho, Christine Hana, and Alexander Sangmin.
