Obituary of ROSE LONGO

Rose Longo (nee Montesano) passed away Sunday, January 31, 2021 at her home in Parsippany surrounded by her loving family. She was 93. Born in Italy, Mrs. Longo had immigrated to the Untied States, living in Newark, Irvington, and North Edison, before coming to Parsippany 22 years ago. A homemaker, Mrs. Longo was a kind an caring woman; a doting wife, mother, and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 68 years, Joseph Longo in 2018, and her three brothers. Survivors include her two loving children, Angela DeLeasa and her husband, Thomas "Bucky" of Pine Brook, and Nicholas J. Longo and his wife, Christina of Bridgewater, NJ; six cherished grandchildren, Dina, Danielle, Michael, Kathleen, Nicole, and Nina; and three great-grandchildren, Alena, Valentina, and Siena. At the family's request, all services will be held privately.
