We are so saddened to hear about this news. I had worked with Dr. Farrales as colleagues for about 10 years. She is an excellent physician and a wonderful person. She has always been kind and genuine to those around her. I will always remember her vibrant personality and beautiful soul. I am truly thankful for all she has done. Besides being my wonderful coworker who is very caring and compassionate about her patients, Dr. Farrales has also encouraged my daughter Celena through the college and medical school and served as a great role model. We miss Dr. Farrales so much, and send our deepest condolences to her family.

I am so saddened and shocked that Dr. Faralles is no longer with us. She was my doctor for almost ten years and quite literally saved my life. She was special, loving, encouraging, and always returned my calls if I needed her between appointments. A lot of doctors don't do this, but she always would. I can only imagine what a wonderful mom, wife, and sister she was and my sympathies go out to her family. She will be deeply missed.

When we were still kids, my sister Carol would always tell humorous jokes. Her laughter was loud and contagious. Everybody would start to laugh endlessly. Whenever we feel tense and silent, she always has a way of telling stories that will surely make other people laugh. She always wanted people to be happy.
Her heart is full of love, kindness, understanding and generosity. Even at the brink of uncertainty, she still thinks of other's welfare. Her love is undeniably full of sincerity.

Dearest Ate Carol you are one of my life's blessings....so loving, so supportive and so generous as a sister!
