Obituary of MEENA P. SHAH

Meena P. Shah passed away Sunday morning, March 21, 2021 at Morristown Medical Center in Morristown, NJ following a brief illness. She was 74. Born in Bombay, India, she immigrated to the United States in 1974, settling in Parsippany-Troy Hills. She was a resident of Wharton for the last three years. Miss Shah earned her Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Chemistry, and had worked as a chemist while living in India. Preceded in death by her parents, Prabuhal C. Shah, and Hiraben P. Shah and MotibenP. Shah; Meena is survived by her two brothers, Jigar P. Shah and Jiten P. Shah; five sisters, Poonam Mehta, Veena Shah, Bharti Kothari, Bina Mehta, and Jenny P. Shah; brothers-in-law, Chandrakant Mehta, Yogesh Shah, Bhupendra Kothari, and Himanshu Mehta; sisters-in-law, Vicki Shah and Shilpa Shah; and many loving nieces and nephews. Meena was the most loving, kind, and brave person; an inspiration in our life. We truly never knew what the words "WE MISS YOU" meant until we reached for your hand, and it wasn't there! You will forever be in our hearts and thoughts. At the family's request, services were held privately.
