Obituary of GREGORY LAMANNA

Gregory Lamanna passed away peacefully on Holy Thursday morning, April 1, 2021 at his home in the presence of his family. He was 88. Born and raised in Jersey City, NJ, he had lived in Parsippany-Troy Hills for 31 years before retiring in 1997. Mr. Lamanna served as Airman First Class in the United States Air Force before his honorable discharge in 1957. He had worked 40 years in cargo shipping, retiring as dock supervisor for Maersk Line of Newark, NJ in 1997. Mr. Lamanna was a founding parishioner of St. Ann Roman Catholic Church of Parsippany. Survivors include his beloved wife of 57 years, Mary (nee Princiotta) Lamanna; two loving sons, Gregory P. Lamanna, and Tina Marie of Mystic, CT., and Christopher J. Lamanna. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations or masses offered in Gregory's memory at St. Ann Roman Catholic Church of Parsippany.
