Sr. Mary and I were friends and colleagues when we taught together at Saint Peter's College *(now University) many years ago. Our classrooms were often side by side and we would "hang out" together after class having tea. We often wert to the theatre and the movies in NYC -- including one memorable outing to see Riverdance, which warmed her Irish heart..
She was always a joyful soul and I will cherish the memories we made together. God bless you, Mary. I will hold our friendship dear in my heart forever.

I'm sorry for your loss. I remember Sister as my Grandmother's friend, Bessy's daughter when I would walk her from the convent on Brown Ave to Bessy's house during her summer vacation.
