I was very sorry to get the news too late to offer my condolences in person. I frequently think of our loving friendship with the Vincent Family, in good times and bad, and wish I could turn back the clock.... What I remember most about Cathy was her ready smile and laugh and her commitment to the service of her faith and teaching -- not in some stiff way, but with the joy that it brought to her and that she brought to everyone else. Some years ago, at the wake for my cousin, Sister Gertrude Fitzsimmons, Cathy asked, "Where are you politically?" She roared when I said, "I'm with the Healey-Vincent Social Democrats, tough on crime, heavily invested in education and recreation, and dedicated to providing a better life and opportunities for everyone." That smile and the laugh remain in my memory. May she rest in peace.

I am sorry to hear about the loss of Sister Cathy. Barbara Naish, my Mom, always spoke so fondly of her. My prayers and thoughts are with Sister Cathy and the entire family. May she rest in piece.

I will never forget the gracious care and comfort Sister Cathy lavished on me when my Jim was undergoing surgery. She wrapped my family with love beyond measure. She is most certainly celebrating with the communion of saints if full glory with our gracious God! Saint Catherine... pray for us!
