Jayanti S. Patel, 79 of Oakland, NJ formerly of Lenox, MA, peacefully passed away on July 31, 2021. He is survived by his loving wife Manju. Beloved father to Vipul and his wife Lori of Oakland, Mukesh and his wife Sujata of Oakland, Biraj and his wife Pinal of Egg Harbor Township and Archana of Egg Harbor Township. Caring grandfather to Kyle, Troy, Asha, Avni, Kinjal, Leah, Ayush, Anish, Arav, Suhani and Rohan. Jayanti was predeceased by his brother Vinu Patel and sister Lata Patel. Jayanti achieved his Masters Degree at Scranton University. In his leisure he loved to spend quality time with his family. He enjoyed reading, traveling, and a glass of red wine. Visitation will be held on Wednesday August 4th from 9:00 am - 12:30 pm at S. J. Priola Parsippany Funeral Services 60 North Beverwyck Road, Lake Hiawatha, NJ 07034. Cremation to follow at East Ridgelawn Crematory, Clifton. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Sankara Eye Foundation https://www.giftofvision.org/.
