Barbara Ann LoPorto-Stahl passed away peacefully Thursday evening, December 30, 2021 at St. Banabas Medical Center. She was 63. Born in Jersey City, NJ, she was raised in Mendham Township, NJ and had been a resident of Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ for the last 22 years. Ms. LoPorto-Stahl was a 1984 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, Madison. She founded Bride's Guide Magazine in 1989, and was the company's owner and publisher. She was a longtime parishioner of St. Peter the Apostle R.C. Parish, Parsippany. Preceded in death by her parents, John J. and Nancy (neeTalerico) LoPorto; she is survived by her loving husband of 22 years, Timothy A. Stahl; her beloved daughter, Briana Stahl of Parsippany; and three cherished sisters, Nancy Sperte of Sanibel, FL, Donna Klein of Long Valley, NJ, and Jean LoPorto of Niwot, CO. The Funeral Mass will be live-streamed on the parish website (http://saintpetertheapostle.org). The LoPorto family will also be announcing a memorial service in the spring. In lieu of flowers, the family would be most grateful for memorial gifts to the American Cancer Society (http://donate3.cancer.org).
