Donald Gaudreau, 91, passed away Saturday, Feb. 12, 2022 at his home.
Born in Glen Ridge, he had lived in Nutley, Montville, and Morristown, NJ.
Mr. Gaudreau had been a cabinet maker and worked with the Citizens Bank and Bank of America before his retirement.
An avid singer, he had taken voice lessons for over 40 years and was always asked to sing at family weddings.
Preceded in death by his beloved wife, Rhea M. (nee George); and his siblings, Emery Gaudreau and Jean Elgar; he is survived by three loving children, Rhea F. Ruppell (Timothy), Gretchen F. Strauch (Peter) and Donald J. Jr. (Jennifer); and six grandchildren, Timothy Ruppell, Ryan Ruppell, Alyson Rupell Snure, Shannon Strauch, Sean Strauch, and Elizabeth Gaudreau.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Osteogenesis Imperfecta Foundation (oif.org) would be appreciated.
