Obituary of ANDREW JAMES BERGER

Andrew James Berger passed away suddenly Wednesday evening, October 21, 2012 at Morristown Medical Center. He was 65. Born in Green Bay, Wisconsin he came to the east coast in 1977. He had lived in Pennsylvania, Mountain Lakes, and Pine brook before moving to Caldwell 16 years ago. He earned his Bachelors Degree from St. Norbert's College in Green Bay, Wisconsin in 1967. Mr. Berger served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He was an executive with Legal Med Copy in Caldwell since 1998. Previously he was a pharmaceutical executive. He was preceded in death by his two sisters, Phyllis Zirbel and Shirley Saathoff. Survivors include his wife of 14 years, Karen Jordan; two daughters, Anastasia Berger of Morristown and Sarah Rohlfing and her husband Douglas of Denville; a brother, Joseph Berger of California; and a granddaughter, Anastasia Savacool. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Gagnon Heart Center at Morristown Medical Center, 100 Madison Avenue, Morristown, NJ 07960.
