Mary Napholtz (nee Heil) passed away peacefully, Friday morning, November 16, 2012 at St. Clare's Hospital in the presence of her family. She was 89.
Born in Jozefhaza, Romania, she immigrated to the United States in 1951, settling in Massena, NY. She was a longtime resident of Garfield before moving to Denville 7 years ago.
A homemaker, Mrs, Napholtz was a parishioner of St. Stephen Roman Catholic Church in Passaic for over 50 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Steve Napholtz in 2005.
Survivors include her children, Mathilda H. DeLorenzo and her husband Victor of Denville, and Stephen G. Napholtz and his wfe Barbara of Gillette; her siblings, George Heil of Massena, NY, Elizabeth Schonberger of Norwood, NY, and Julianna Kozsan of Massena, NY; six grandchildren, Victor, Matthew, Renee, Jenna, Theresa, and Stephanie; and four great-grandchildren, Ava, Zachary, Nicholas, and Adalyn.
