Obituary of LEWIS GEORGE SCHIMMELPFENNIG

Lewis George Schimmelpfennig died peacefully Monday morning, December 17, 2012 at his home in Montville following a brief illness. He was 68.
Born in Paterson, he was a resident of Lake Hiawatha before moving to Montville 40 years ago.
Mr. Schimmelpfennig was a wood-worker, contractor and master plumber. He had worked with various construction companies, most recently Reese Construction in Montville. He was also the owner and operator of Interior Wood Design of Montville.
He is survived by his loving wife Juanita C. (nee Franco) Schimmelpfennig; a daughter, Dana Levering and her husband Wayne of American Work, Utah; a son, Bryan Schimmelpfennig and his wife Concita of Sicily, Italy; two sisters, Rose Kampe and Gertrude Senior and her husband Merton; two granddaughters, Vittoria and Chezia Schimmelpfennig; and a niece, Melissa Gore and her husband Scott.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial donations to Pancreatic Cancer Research.
