Obituary of BARBARA S YOUNG

Barbara S. Young (nee Schweer) died suddenly, Thursday morning, January 31, 2013 at Morristown Medical Center following an apparent heart attack. She was 54. Born in Orange, NJ, Mrs. Young was raised in Lincoln Park and was a resident of Boonton before moving to Oxford Township 6 years ago. She began her tenure as an insurance customer service representative at the age of 18. She had worked with various insurance companies, most recently ADP Statewide Insurance in Florham Park for the last 25 years. Mrs. Young was involved in many insurance organizations and was an avid Facebook Fan. She was preceded in death by her parents, Weyomuth "Woody" Schweer and Joan (nee Mulholland) Schweer. Survivors include her husband of 22 years, Jody S. Young; two sons, Scott Weymouth Robbins of South Jersey and Geoffrey Nelson Robbins of Belleville; two step-daughters, Stefanie Erin Jennings of Easton, PA, and Rebecca Lea Young of Oxford Township; four siblings, Grace Yaskovic of Lake Hiawatha, Steven Schweer of Boonton, Christine Syriac of Bethlehem, CT., and Joanne Mancuso of Oxford Township; and three grandchildren, Corrado Jennings, Lily Breison, and Logan Taormina. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests a donation to your local chapter of the Wounded Warriors Project. At the family's request, please wear comfortable, casual attire for the visitation.
