Judith Rivera died peacefully, Sunday afternoon, March 10. 2013 at the home of her granddaughter, Maryann Capetillo in Denville. She was 82.
Born in Florida, Puerto Rico, Mrs. Rivera had lived in Lake Hiawatha for 19 years before moving to Denville last year.
She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Rivera was preceded in death by her husband Delfin Rivera in 1993.
Survivors include her daughter, Awilda "Anne" Peter; and her son, Delfin Rivera Jr., both of Lake Hiawatha; a sister, Carmen Valentin of Puerto Rico; four grandchildren, Maryann, Jackie, Chris, and Logan; and two great-grandchildren, Michael and John.
At the family's request, arrangements for Judith will be private.
