Obituary of Richard Grieco

Richard Grieco passed away Friday evening, June 30, 2023 at the Morristown Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. He was 71.

 

Born and raised in Bronx, NY he had been a resident of Lake Hiawatha for the last 51 years.

 

Richard was a school bus driver retiring in 2020. Previously, he had been a truck driver for the Dellwood and Tuscan Milk Companies for 25 years.

 

Richard is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years, Cathy (nee Klein) Grieco; two cherished sons, Bryan Grieco of Lake Hiawatha, NJ and Randy Grieco of Lake Hiawatha, NJ; a sister, Ellen Grieco of Florida; and his six dear grandchildren, Nicholas, Jacob, Ashley, Tyler, Alyssa, and Brayden.

 

Visitation will be Wednesday, July 5, 2023, 9:30am to 12:30pm at S.J. Priola Parsippany Funeral Service, 60 North Beverwyck Road, Lake Hiawatha. Graveside services and interment will follow at 1:30pm at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Chester, NJ. In lieu of flowers, kindly consider planting a tree in his memory:
