Lou hired me on May 30th, 1972 one week before I graduated College.I have
so many wonderful memories working
for Lou .Lou and Deanie became
very close personal friends. We had
many nice visits over the years at
their home and in 1999 we had them
To our house for Dinner in Florida. Lou
always made you feel special when you
were around him. Our family is very
sad to hear the news of Lou's
passing. He was a generous and kind
Person to us and Lou and Deanie made
the perfect couple. He was my Mentor
And a great inspiration to me. Thanks
to Lou hiring me in 1972 I completed
42 successful years with Novartis.I
honestly believe I'm a better person
for having known Lou. Our deepest
Condolences go to Deanie Maryann,

I remember my first interview with Lou as he approved my promotion to a District Manager position at Sandoz. I always had great respect for him! A true gentlemen.

My hart felt condolences to Aunt Deanie, Maryann, Louis and the Santora family. I was very sad to hear about the passing of my lifetime friend Uncle Lou. As far back as I can remember Uncle Lou has always been a great inspiration to me and everyone who knew him. As a kid growing up Lou was like a second Dad always willing to give his time and knowledge to me and all the families in the neighborhood. He will be sorely missed by all who's life he touched.
