Sister Eileen was also the daughter of my great aunt, Ella, sister to my grandfather, James.
I am sharing a press cutting from the Newark News we have of Sister Eileen teaching pupils in the 1960's at Wayne.

Some people come into our lives and make a profound difference. Sister Eileen was that person for me. She gave me confidence that has benefited me throughout my life. I probably would not been Senior Class President if not for her promoting me to the class. She was my "campaign manager". I was blessed to have had her in my live. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
I've also posted a video that was made at our reunion in 2010.

Sister was a remarkable woman and ahead of her time. She was a Master Teacher and all of us are grateful for how well she prepared us for college term papers.
I will miss our occasional lunches together - she was a mainstay and guide for many years.
