I feel lucky to have known Jed. He was a kind, smart, honest and direct man, a friend to all who knew him. Jed was generous in every way.
I have many happy memories of the times I spent with Jed and Eunice: Dinners followed by Edy's chocolate ice cream cones, barbecues, political discussions, and celebrating Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter together.
Jed had a quiet but wonderful sense of humor. I'll never forget the phone calls he made to roosters Whitey and Lucky to discuss national and world events. Too funny :-) The last time I saw Jed he was cheerful, optimistic, and trying to make the most out of life despite his frail condition.
Without a doubt, Jed was one of the nicest people I've ever known. And I will miss him.
My condolences to his family and friends.

I was sad to hear of Jed's passing. Jed was a good friend and a great companion and friend to all he met. My favorite memories of him will be his love of ice cream, Vienna Fingers, and Oreos. I will miss baking him his chocolate cupcakes..... So whenever I make them will think of him!
Jed is now in the heavenly warm light of God and Heaven has gained another angel to watch over us.
My condolences to all of Jed's family and friends.

Jed was my mother's boyfriend (Eunice Bryant) for the past three years... he was super kind, caring, respectful toward her and wanted to do so much for her. He was always so kind and wonderful to me. He gave me great advice on career matters! I only saw him once a year, when I returned home to visit my mom at Christmas. I thought he was a wonderful person, and I'm glad he was so great to mom. I saw him this past Christmas for the last time... I wish I had been able to have gotten to know him better!! Much love to him as to where his soul has gone now, and to his surviving family.
