I served with Bob in the United States Marine Corps Parris Island South Carolina platoon 226. We were both assigned to the Second battalion Eighth Marines Camp LeJeune North Carolina directly after boot camp. We did the Med Cruise, Panama and Operation Steel Pike. My last contact with him was at Naval Base Treasure Island, San Francisco March 1967. I may have a few photos if anyone is interested. I served with Bob in the United States Marine Corp. We went through boot camp together in April of 1963 Platoon 226 in Parris Island SC We were both assigned in Sept 1963 to the 2nd Battalion 8th Marines in Camp Leujune NC We did the Med cruise together, the Panama exercise and Operation Steelpike in 1964.
