Obituary of RAYMOND F. VAGGE

Raymond F. Vagge passed away Saturday morning, May 21, 2016 at Care One At Morris Assisted Living in Parsippany. He was 90. Born in New York, New York, he had lived in Greenwich Village, NY, Woodside, NY, Jackson Heights, NY, and Monroe, NY before coming to Montville, NJ 20 years ago. Mr. Vagge had ben a payroll coordinator with St. Vincent's Hospital In Greenwich Village before retiring in 1995. Previously. he had been a postal carrier with the United States Postal Service, also in New York. He was preceded in death by his wife Santa Vagge earier this year, as well as a son, Raymond Vagge II, and a daughter, Catherine Calderwood. Survivors include a daughter, Rose Tomitz of Pennsylvania; a son, Richard Vagge of New York; and three grandchildren, Peter Calderwood, Michele Vagge and Raymond Vagge III.
