So sorry to hear of your loss Nick and family. I didn't hear the news until just this moment. Though it has been a long time since I have seen Big Nick I feel a real sadness right now. I wish I would have known. I would have somehow made it to the viewing. I have a lot of great memories of the man. So many funny situations whenever he came to visit the shop over the years. Once again although belated sorry for your loss.

Dear Nick, Irene, and all of Nick's family,
Nick was a part of the Pridmore family for more than 25 years. He was a loving companion to our mother Gloria, a friend to the children and their spouses, and a wonderful Pop-Pop to all 10 grandchildren. We hold fond memories (and many photos) of Nick at all the holidays, Sunday dinners, birthday parties, and so much more. He was a part of our lives and we were a part of his life. Rest in peace Uncle Nick. My last memory of you is sitting together on the bus going to Carla's reception and sharing family memories. I still have the tin pictures you made of our photos when you worked for the newspaper. I will remember you whenever I look at them. Nick, Irene, Mike and Sue I wish I could have made it to the funeral to see you all again even under sad circumstances but I am unable to come. I met Mr. Marino at the age of 12 .. quite the impression he made on me over the years. We spent so much time together at family holidays but one of my favorite memories is a wonderful meal at his house with just Sue and I eating his home grown tomato salad that I still dream about. His quick wits and funny stories were always entertaining. Nick and Sue, you have done an amazing job looking after him and caring for him with countless Sunday dinners - watching the JETS and then more support as his health declined. I hope my kids are as good to me as you have been to your dad for all these years. Making it to age 95 is amazing but I know you will miss him, we all will miss him. I am really sorry for your loss.
