Chu, may you rest in peace. May your family be comforted by the love and support of friends and memories. You were part of our family over many years and have been missed since you left High Noon. No one ever made wings as good as yours. We will keep you as one of our best memories for your kindness, generosity, and culinary talent. You were there through the best and worst of times with kind advice and caring support. I wish we had told you how much you meant to us, but somehow I think you knew. You will not be forgotten, dear friend. And we will continue to pray for your beloved family for their loss. Adieu.

My dear Chu...thank you for everything you did for anyone that came into the High Noon. You taught me what a beer and burger should taste like. May your spirit carry on forever!

My heart is broken. My dear friend - Chu was family to me. She was always happy and positive throughout her battle. Chu was a beacon of light for many of us! She cared for each and every one of us that came through her door at High Noon. I was blessed to work for her and to call her my dear friend - she was family. Many prayers to Chu and her family. :broken_heart::pray::skin-tone-2::broken_heart: Peaceful Rest Dear Chu. :broken_heart:
