For some unknown reason, and after many years, I got the urge to google Mike's name. It was then I learned of his passing. I got to know Mike when we worked together at Syska & Hennessy Engineers way back in the 1950s. We became friends. Spent considerable time together in various outside activities, including summer vacations. I am not a skier, so that was not in the cards. After going our separate ways, we reunited as initial investors in Ebtron. I visited the barn/house in Peapak/Gladstone on several occasions. That's about it. I am also totally aware of the family tragedy. My sincere sympathies go out to the family. You have been through a lot. Best regards from an old friend - Bruce Long, now residing in Morristown
