Words can not express how much Sr. John has meant to me and my family. She has and will always be in our hearts. She knew my mother Alyce (Glennon) Reilly a lifetime- long before my parents married and my sisters and I were born. She attended baptisms, communions, graduations, weddings and funerals with us. She supported us with her love and never ending faith. Sister had an amazing journey and at times through many of her health issue she reminded God she had more work here on earth. Not yet God ,I need to be here to guide and love the people in my life. How grateful I have been to have her here with us. However, with a heavy heart I say it was her time to join the heavens and be with God, her family and dear friends. She served God and her family and friends with strength, humor, conviction and love. Her love and spirit remain her greatest legacy and continue to shine upon her family and friends for eternity.
Well done Sr. John.
Here is a toast to celebrate her life,
An rud nach leigheasann im na uisce beatha nil aon leaigheas air
What butter or whiskey does not cure cannot be cured.
Hoping they have plenty of both in heaven.
We love you Sr. John, you will remain in our hearts forever.
