Dear Family,
With great sorrow I read of the passing of Joan.
She was a regular and enthusiastic participant in my fitness classes at the YMCA and later at the Parsippany Community Center. She was also a friend and I will miss her very much.
With my deepest condolences
Susanne Doerig (Susi).

I am truly saddened by the passing of my Aunt Joan, but when I picture her reunited with Uncle Shanty and all the other relatives who have gone before, it brings me peace of mind knowing that they are happily rejoicing on the other side. Growing up, Michael, Gary, Aunt Joan and Uncle Shanty were the closest relatives we knew. I can still see us all, along with my mom and grandma, sitting around the dining room table playing Pokeno for pennies. This is a memory among many that I will always cherish.

I will not forget my dearest Aunt Joan, my given Godmother, and the closest thing I will have ever had to a second real mother. All the childhood memories will be especially cherished, as well as everything she did for us in recent years... truly missed and truly loved, forever and ever, by her Nephew Arthur Vincent Angelo. My heart goes out to you Cousin Michael and Cousin Gary, and to your families.

To all of Joans family & friends,
I am so deeply sorry for your loss. Joan will definetly be missed. I have had the pleasure of working with Joan for the past two years in the Montville Womens Club. I always admired her spunk!! She would keep me on my toes, and I always got a good chuckle from that! She was dedicated, strong, sincere and always a voice to be reckoned with! I will miss her.
Now abide , faith, hope, love, these three, but the greatest of
these is Love.

I only saw Aunt Joan every few years of so, but I always enjoyed her wit and energy, and wished that I could see her more often. I have warm memories of our conversations and I shall miss her.
Our condolences go to her family.
We have no contact information for her sons (my cousins), Mike and Gary. Please pass an address on to us.

Dear Michael, Gary and families,
I was sad to read about your Mother's death in today's paper. I have many happy memories of her and your dad while living in Englewood Cliffs and when we and our families were members of Holy Trinity Church and members of various committees. Watching you boys play basketball was always great.
May she rest in peace. My sincere sympathy to you all.
Sincerely,
Dorothy Wheatley
