Obituary of JOAN M. DELLOSTRITTO

Mrs. Joan M. DelloStritto (nee Coppola) died Thursday morning April 10, 2008 at St. Clare's Hospital in Denville. She was 72. Born and raised in Hoboken, she had lived many years in Englewood Cliffs before moving to Montville eleven years ago. She had worked as an editorial assistant with the Simon & Schuster Co. in Englewood Cliffs retiring 18 years ago. Previously, she worked as a librarian at Holy Trinity School in Fort Lee. Mrs. DelloStritto was an active parishioner at St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church in Montville where she was a member of the Rosary Altar Society, served as a eucharistic minister, and volunteered at the school library. She was also a member of the Montville Township Women's Club. She was preceded in death by her husband Angelo V. DelloStritto in 1994. Survivors include: two sons, Michael J. DelloStritto and his wife Susan of Towaco, and Gary DelloStritto and his wife Anne of St. Charles, Illinois; and six grandchildren, Lauren, Michael, Jack, Gina, John, and Joey.
