Obituary of DAVID M. ROSEN

David M. Rosen died suddenly Tuesday morning, April 15, 2008 at his home in Kinnelon. He was 52.
Born in Newark, he was raised in Parsippany, and lived in Fort Lee and Union before moving to Kinnelon.
He was currently employed as a corporate research and development chef with Villa Enterprises in Morristown. Previously, he worked in development and sales with the Rich Food Co. of Buffalo, NY and had also owned and operated the Piece of Cake Bakery in North Bergen, and the Famous Ruggie Bakery in Garfield.
Mr. Rosen was a member of the Jewish Congrgation of Kinnelon, the American Culinary Federation, and the National Rifle Association.
Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Cheryl Winters-Rosen; two children Belinda Rosen and Ricky Rosen both of Kinnelon; his parents, Martin and Marlene (Kostner) Rosen of Parsippany; and a brother, Seth Rosen andhis wife Lisa of Wayne.
A period of mourning will be observed Wednesday, following services at David's late residence in Kinnelon and also on Thursday at his parents residence in Parsippany.
