Obituary of MARY MEL ELLEN SCHULTZ

Mary Ellen Schultz of New York City left us too suddenly on January 15th in the city she loved. A true wanderlust embraced her as she combined a love of world travel with her passion for writing to paint for all of us a picture of her wonderful experiences. Mary Ellen was an avid contributor to Travel World News Magazine, The Travel Agent Magazine, The Africa Travel Association Magazine, and The African Times Newspaper. She was warmly welcomed in the more than 30 countries she visited and sustained life-long friendships with all the wonderful people she encountered along her journey. To her family and friends she was known as Mel. She is survived by her father, Warren Schultz of Pine Brook, NJ, her sister, Margot Pesce and her husband Anthony of Montville, NJ, her brother, Tom Schultz and his wife Barbara of Lambertville, NJ, and her loving nephews, AJ and Sam Pesce and Dillon and Zachary Schultz. We will always remember Mel as someone who loved life, travel, family, and writing, and is now at peace visiting everywhere once again.
