Obituary of JOAN MARY SCIUK

Joan Mary Sciuk (nee Doyle), 80, died Thursday evening, May 31, 2012 at St. Clare's Hospital in Denville. Born in East Orange, Mrs. Sciuk had lived in Maplewood, Newark, and Clifton before coming to the Lake Hiawatha section of Parsippany in 1966. Joan worked for many years at the Parsippany-Troy Hills Board of Education before retiring in 1994 and was a longtime parishioner of St. Peter the Apostle R.C. Church, Parsippany. Joan is survived by her loving, devoted, caring husband of 59 years, Edward F. Sciuk. She was greatly loved by her five children, Victoria A. Sciuk of Whippany, Kevin J. Sciuk and his late wife Marguerite of Virginia, Karen M. Principe and her husband John of Texas, Christine E. Agius and her husband Frank of North Carlina, Elaine S. Wagnon and her husband Bill of Ohio, and her grandchildren, Melissa, Nicole, Matthew, Joshua, and Julia.
