Nicholas "Pops" never missed an opportunity to eat a good meal! He was always the life of the party and a man who knew what he liked. He would order his steaks well done even though his entire family would cringe at the thought of eating a fully cooked piece of meat. You could always count on the dogs sitting at his feet waiting for him to slip them some scraps when nobody was looking. He loved a good cup of coffee after dinner but it sure better be hot or you'd be flagging down the waiter/waitress to get him a fresh one. He was always such a selfless man and I will greatly miss him! May your coffee forever be hot and your horses always be winning !
