Our deepest sympathy and condolences to Jacinta and her family. I really have not known Cyril that much but I have met him and seen him at his place in Parsippany. I know that he is a good man and a good husband to Jacinta and a good father to their children. I know that God will keep him by His side because of this. I know that he will be remember and miss by a lot of people. Rest in peace Cyril.

Sending Love and Light, heartfelt condolences to you Ms Jacinta and family, our prayers are with you all. I pray that Jesus who is the sustainer of light,comfort, shed light upon you and the children, and embrace you all at this time of sadness.
Cyril Cenac, laughter, fun loving personality. He was so full of life, loved life, loved his wife and children.
Cyril and I worked together in the Government Service, I was the Secretary/Accountant and ironically we worked together again, being the Accountant in DC.
Cyril always treated me with respect and love in both work places, here and abroad.
This man loved his wife and children, and was so proud of you all - his wife and children. Cyril would enter a room and moments later wd have everyone cracking up with uncontrollable laughter.
Rest in peace my dear friend, co-worker...only good memories of you my dear friend...may your spirit soar high like the eagle, as you go to your Maker, our Creator, Almighty God, Omnipotent, Omnipresent...

We, Angie, Danielle, and Brandon would like to extend our sincerest condolences and our heartfelt prayers to Jacinta and family. Cyril was a relative by marriage and was loved by my mother, Mrs. Celia Leonce (Anthony); both deceased, and a play-brother to me, Angela Marcelle-Figaro and my late husband Gerard Figaro. Cyril was always so much fun. He had promised to take me to St. Lucia to give me a tour of his birthplace that he loved so much. I know he would have made it unforgettable. Cyril will be greatly missed but will be remembered with great fondness and love. May he rest in eternal peace in heaven. I love you my brother.
