Obituary of Violeta Camacho - Hernandez

Violeta Camacho-Hernandez passed peacefully away on Tuesday morning, May 10, 2022 at her Lake Parsippany home. She was 91.

Born in Caguas, Puerto Rico, she had been a resident of Parsippany-Troy Hills since 1969.

A homemaker, Mrs. Hernandez was a loving wife, beloved mother, and cherished grandmother. She was a member of the Evangel World Outreach Center of Boonton, NJ.

She was preceded in death by her husband Manuel in 2013. Survivors include her four children, Manuel Hernandez and his wife Linda of La Porte, TX, Richard Hernandez and his wife GiGi of Kingston, PA, Thereza Hernandez of Parsippany, NJ, and April Thompson and her husband, James of Forest, Virginia; seven grandchildren, Kristina O'Toole of Galway, Ireland, Amy Franklin of Houston TX, Paul Hernandez of Dickson City, PA, and Matthew Hernandez of Kingston, PA.; Caitlin Alexwitz, John Christian Dessalet and Miranda Joy Dessalet; and her great-grandchildren, Melinda Franklin, Sam Franklin, Madison O'Toole, Elijah O'Toole, Gage Hernandez, Isaiah Hernandez,

Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 from 10:00am-11:00am at the S.J. Priola Parsippany Funeral Service, 60 North Beverwyck Road, Lake Hiawatha. Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00am by Pastor Axel Goehring, with interment to follow at Restland Memorial Park, East Hanover.
