Michael Heatter, 70, passed away peacefully Sunday morning, June 5, 2022 in Montville, NJ. Michael was born in Jersey City, and lived in Parsippany and Wharton, NJ. He worked as a graphic artist for AT&T for over 30 years. In his spare time Michael enjoyed fishing. He is survived by his wife, Virginia A. Heatter. Beloved father to Virginia M. Heatter and Michele A. Heatter. Loving grandfather to Paul, Zachary and Jacinda. He is also survived by his brother Joseph Heatter and sister-in-law Kathryn Heatter of Ogdensburg, NJ, sister Agnes Heatter of Bergenfield, NJ, brother James Heatter and sister-in-law Stephanie Heatter of Boynton Beach, FL, and brother Steven Heatter and sister-in-law Melissa Heatter of Hackensack, NJ. Michael is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. He was predeceased by his brother John Heatter, brother Frank Heatter, brother George Heatter, and brother David Heatter. Cremation was held privately. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday June 13, 20022 at 10:00 am at Sacred Heart RC Church, 324 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, NJ. Inurnment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
