Obituary of Dan Ionel Serban

Dan Ionel Serban passed away peacefully Thursday, July 7, 2022 at his Livingston, NJ home, surrounded by his loving family. He was 54.

Born and raised in Bucharest, Romania, he and his family immigrated to the United States in 2004, settling in Bloomfield, NJ. He was a resident of Livingston, NJ since 2011.

Mr. Serban earned his Bachelors and Masters Degrees while living in Romania.

He was employed as an IT Engineer with the BBVA Bank of Manhattan, NY for the last 8 years.

Preceded in death by his father, Zanfir Serban; he is survived by his loving wife, Costina Serban; his two beloved children, Victor Serban and Laura Serban; his cherished mother, Vergilica Serban; and his dear sister, Gabriela Marinescu.

A visitation will be held Saturday morning, July 9, 10:00am to 12:00pm at S.J. Priola Parsippany Funeral Service. Funeral Services will be at 11:00am during the visitation. Private cremation will follow.
