Obituary of Chorng Shyong Wang
Chorng Shyong Wang passed away Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at Morristown Memorial Hospital. He was 84.
Born in Tainan, Taiwan, he was a longtime resident of Taiwan before immigrating to the Unites States. He had lived in Missouri, then East Orange and Rockaway, before coming to Parsippany-Troy Hills in 1988.
Educated in Taiwan, Mr. Wang later earned his Masters Degree in chemical engineering from Missouri Rolla University in St. Louis.
He had worked as a chemical engineer, and later became the proprietor of Kwik Kopy in Pine Brook, NJ with his wife Mei Jen. They owned the firm for twenty two years, retiring in 2002.
Mr. Wang was a longtime member of the Montville township Rotary Club and had been honored as a Paul Harris Fellow.
In addition to his loving wife, Mei Jen Wang, he is survived by his two beloved daughters, Grace J. Wang and her husband, Daniel Frisch of Merion Station, PA., and Lillian C. Wang of Chicago, IL.; and two granddaughters, Abigail and Hannah Frisch. He is also survived by two brothers and four sisters.
