Obituary of James Raymond Jensen

James R. Jensen passed away Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at his daughter's home in the Towaco section of Montville, NJ, following an extended illness. He was 81.

Born in Bloomfield, NJ, Mr. Jensen had been a resident of Roseland and Boonton, before moving to Towaco.

He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.

Mr. Jensen had worked as an engineer with Bell Laboratories in Whippany, NJ for many years, retiring 16 years ago.

He was an avid Square Dancer.

Surviving are his two loving children, James Jensen Jr. and his wife, Deidre of Boonton, and Vicki Lyn Klein and her husband, Rick of Towaco; three dear sisters, Carol Waterman of Florida, Judith Williams of Pennsylvania, and Joyce Moberg of Florida; his four beloved grandchildren, Ryleigh Jensen, Jamie Jensen, Ricky Klein Jr., and Samantha Klein; and his cherished great-granddaughter, Luna Rae Slaughter.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be made to the family to assist with the funeral expenses.
