Obituary of Catherine A Setmaer

Catherine A. Setmaer (nee Reilly) passed away peacefully Sunday evening, May 21, 2023 at the West Caldwell Care Center following an extended illness. She was 98.

Born in Paterson, NJ, she had lived in Pompton Plains and Morristown before coming to West Caldwell in 2018.

Ms. Setmaer had been an inspector with the Artistic Weaving Company for many years before her retirement.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Ada (nee Hobson) Reilly; and her four siblings, William Reilly, Robert Reilly, Veronica Elmini, and Alfred Reilly.

Survivors include her beloved daughter, Dianne T. Black of Lake Hiawatha; her loving granddaughter, Tricia Fragale; and her two cherished great-grandsons, Jonathan and Joseph Fragale.

At the family's request, Visitation, Funeral Services and Interment at the Mount Calvary Cemetery in Butler will be held privately on Friday, May 26, 2023.
