Obituary of Ashlesh Amin

Ashlesh Amin passed away Monday afternoon, June 12, 2023 at Morristown Medical Center in Morristown, surrounded by his loving family. He was 58.

Born in Vaso, Gujarat, India, he immigrated to the United States in 1982, settling in Jersey City, NJ. He had lived in Carteret, NJ before moving to Hamburg, NJ six years ago.

Mr. Amin was the owner and proprietor of The Mixing Bowl Deli in Vernon, NJ. Previously, he had owned other enterprises.

Survivors include his beloved wife of 34 years, Jagruti (nee Patel) Amin; two loving daughters, Roma Amin and her husband Neel and Mira Amin all of Hamburg, NJ; and his dear brother and sister, Manish Amin of Hillsborough, NJ and Priti Patel of Texas.

Funeral Services will be Thursday morning, June 15, 9:30am to 10:30am at the Chapel at Rosedale Crematory, 408 Orange Road, Monclair, NJ. Cremation will follow immediately.
