John Elvin Tuttle peacefully passed away on July 26, 2023. He was 74 years old. Born in Islip, Long Island he was the son of Elbert E. and Hilda (Vanderplate) Tuttle. John also was a resident of Pine Brook, Port Elizabeth/ Millville and Boonton. He was a graduate of Wayne Valley High School. John was a man that wore many hats. His career included a dry cleaning business, car repairs, facilities and operations manager for corporate real estate, but his heart was working at the family marina in Port Elizabeth. He was a hardworking and proud man with a love for classic cars. Above all he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. John is survived by his beloved wife Janet-Lee (nee Morris). Loving father to son Glenn Tuttle of Pine Brook and daughter Jessica Collora and her husband Brian of Boonton. Adoring grandfather to Emma Collora. Brother to Ruth Woessner, Ken Tuttle and Matthew Tuttle. John was predeceased by his sisters Helen Leonhardt and Theresa Tuttle. Visitation will be held on August 6th from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm at S. J. Priola Parsippany Funeral Service, 60 N. Beverwyck Rd. Lake Hiawatha. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm. Cremation will be held privately. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Michael J Fox Foundation at michaeljfox.org
