Henryka Szczepkowski (nee Malupin) passed away peacefully Thursday evening, October 26, at Troy Hills Center in Parsippany. She was 87.

Born in Poland, Mrs. Szczepkowski immigrated to the United States many years ago. She had lived in Florida for 25 years before coming to the Lake Hiawatha section of Parsippany-Troy Hills.

Mrs. Szczepkowski had worked as a part of the cleaning staff at the Garban Company in New York, NY before retiring in 2011. Previously, she had worked in the same capacity with The Polish Home of Harrison, NJ.

Henryka was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Joanne Sellitto. She is survived by her loving son, Frank Szczepkowski and his wife, Susan of Lake Hiawatha; a brother, Peter Malupin; two granddaughters, Tara Szczepkowski and Ashley Wormer; and a great-grandson Cameron Soprano.

Relatives and friends are invited to call Monday, October 30, 6-8pm at S.J. Priola Parsippany Funeral Service, 60 North Beverwyck Road, Lake Hiawatha. A Funeral Service will be celebrated at 7:30pm during the visitation. Private Cremation will follow.
