Thank you Mami for always being there when we needed you. From walking me down the aisle to the mandap to checking in on me during my pregnancy, your emotional support will be cherished forever. There are so many things that you have taught us, especially to have fun in life. You were always ready to go out and do something different, even if it was just a walk in a new park. And if it came to us kids, you always made sure we were having a good time. In our group of 4 sisters and 1 brother, you truly were our team leader. While we will miss you terribly, thank you for the beautiful memories and for all the fun times we had together.

This is Vikram Patel. I used to be a junior to Shrutiben at Civil in anesthesia during the 80s. Very very sad to learn of her departure. My heartfelt condolences to you and the family. To her, I was like her little brother. She cared for me during my training more than anyone else. I can never forget her kindness and comforting nature. I feel like I have lost my sister. Not just feeling like it but I have actually lost an elder sister in Shrutiben. She will live forever in my heart as long as it keeps beating.

શ્રુતિ બેન ના સમાચાર વાંચી અત્યંત દુઃખ થયું. ન બનવાનું બન્યું. હસતા હસાવતા પ્રેમાળ સ્વજન ને પરદેશ જવાનું હોય તો પણ દુઃખ લાગે છે. આવા સ્વજન કાયમ માટે આપણ ને છોડી પરલોક જાય તો કેમ સહેવાય. સમાચાર વાંચી તેમનો હસતો ચહેરો જોતા જોતા અવાચક થઈ ગયા. ત્યારે આંસુ થી રડ્યા. હૃદય અત્યારે પણ રડે છે. તમને રૂબરૂ ના મળવાનું દુઃખ છે. ફોન કરવાની હિમ્મત નથી. ક્યારેક મળીશું. અમારી સ્થિતિ જોઈ તમારી સ્થિતિ સમજી સકીએ છે. પ્રભુ તમને આ દુઃખ સહન કરવાની શક્તિ આપે એજ પ્રાર્થના. શૈલી મૌલી ને એવા જ આશીર્વાદ.
