Tanuben Kalyanji Patel passed away peacefully Sunday morning, August 11, 2024 at the home of her son in Montville, NJ surrounded by family She was 93.

Born in Surat, Gujarat, India, Mrs. Patel immigrated to the United States in 1993, settling in Colorado with her family. She came to Montville Township, NJ several months ago.

A homemaker, Mrs. Patel was a cherished wife, mother, sister, and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Kalyanji Patel in 2001.

Survivors include her five loving children, Kusumben Patel of Round Rock, TX, Ushaben Patel of Surat, India, Sudhaben Patel of San Antonio, TX, Anitaben Patel of San Antonio, TX, and Sudhir "Mike" Patel of Montville, NJ; a brother, Nareshbhai Patel of Vermont, eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Puja Services on Thursday afternoon, August 15, 2024, 12:00pm to 2:00pm at S.J. Priola Parsippany Funeral Service, 60 North Beverwyck Road, Lake Hiawatha. Cremation will follow at Rosedale Crematory, Montclair, NJ.
