Obituary of Patrice Ann Mainenti

Like so many others in her life, the strongest of words cannot match the positive impact she has had on our lives with her kindness and love. In the midst of our breaking hearts, we will not lose sight nor take lightly all the wonderful memories we made with her to look back on with happiness and guide us through the rest of our days. She was beautiful."

Patrice Ann Mainenti, "Pat," passed away Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at New York Weill Cornell Medical Center in Manhattan, NY surrounded by loved ones, following an extended illness. She was 65 years young.

Born in Newark, NJ she moved to Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ as a young girl in 1969. She had lived in Stanhope, NJ for the last 32 years.

Ms. Mainenti had worked as a Statistical Reporting Analyst with Crum & Forster in Morristown, NJ for the last 41 years.

Pat was a warm, kind and generous person. She left an indelible mark on all who knew her. She loved animals, and especially cherished her puppy Bella who recently passed away at 18 years of age.

Preceded in death by her parents, William J. and Gloria R. (nee Centanni) Mainenti; and her sister-in-law, Lori Mainenti; Pat is survived by her beloved brother, John Mainenti of Manahawkin, NJ, her loving longtime partner, Gary Palmisano, two dear nephews, Christopher Mainenti and his wife, Irina, and Michael Mainenti; one caring niece, Nicole Puccetti and her husband, Steve; her adored great-nephew, Lorenzo Puccetti; and many wonderful cousins and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation on Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2024, 5:00pm to 9:00pm at S.J. Priola Parsippany Funeral Service, 60 North Beverwyck Road, Lake Hiawatha (Parsippany). The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, December 11, 2024, 10:00am at St. Peter the Apostle R.C. Church, Parsippany. Entombment will follow at Gate of Heaven Chapel Mausoleum, East Hanover.
