I just found out. we would talk on phone periodically, I met Phillip In Oklahoma City at FAA. He was in school to get back into Air traffic control. I called him and the phone was disconnected, so I looked this info up. He had been Having health issues for awhile. I will miss that voice. He was very nice most of the time.
